My Trading Background
I started trading cryptocurrency in early 2017, initially on Coinbase and then expanding to Binance when it launched. Since then, I've tested and traded on over 50 different exchanges, learning what makes a platform reliable, secure, and cost-effective.
My journey includes the 2017 bull run, the 2018 crypto winter, the DeFi summer of 2020, and everything in between. I've experienced exchange hacks, withdrawal freezes, support nightmares, and also found platforms that consistently deliver excellent service.
This firsthand experience - both the wins and the painful lessons - is what I bring to every review on this site.

Why I Created This Site
After years of reading crypto exchange reviews that felt more like advertisements than honest assessments, I decided to create the resource I wished existed when I started.
Too many review sites rank exchanges by who pays the highest affiliate commission. Rankings change based on business deals rather than platform quality. Generic content gets recycled without any real testing.
BrokersAndExchanges.com is different. Every review is based on my actual experience. I use my own money, track real fees, and share honest opinions. If an exchange has problems, I'll tell you about them - even if we have an affiliate relationship with them.
